Eviction Prevention Assistance
for Washtenaw County Residents

Michigan Ability Partners (MAP) is now offering Eviction Prevention Assistance to qualified residents of Washtenaw
County who are experiencing a housing crisis or are at risk of eviction due to nonpayment of rent.

Eligibility Requirement
To be considered for assistance, applicants must have received a court summons for eviction due to
nonpayment of rent.  A copy of the summons may be required during the application process.

How to Apply

                                   1.  Complete the initial inquiry application form below to determine eligibility for the program.                                      2.  Once your form has been submitted, a member of our team will review your information and
   contact you regarding the next steps.

- Assistance is subject to eligibility requirements and the availability of funds.           
- Eligible households may receive up to $3,000 in assistance.                                       
- Applications with an outstanding balance exceeding $3,000 will be denied.           
- Processing times may vary based on application volume and funding availability.
