Michigan Ability Partners (MAP) is now offering Eviction Prevention Assistance to qualified residents of Washtenaw County.
If you are facing a housing crisis or are at risk of eviction, support may be available to help you maintain your home.

How to Apply
 
1.  To determine your eligibility for this program, please complete the initial inquiry application form below.
            2.  Once submitted, a member of our team will review your information and contact you regarding the next steps. 

                  Please note: Assistance is subject to eligibility requirements and the availability of funds.                                                                      
3.  If the application shows the form is currently unavailable, we have reached our monthly funding limit.
