Michigan Ability Partners, an Ann Arbor non-profit agency is looking for a Representative Payee to work out of
our Ann Arbor location approximately 20 hours per week. This position is to receive entitlement funds on behalf
of the agency's clients and provide financial assistance in the areas of budgeting, financial assessment, and
credit repair and money management. Must also provide regular reports on individual accounts as requested by
SSA or the clients, keep client files up to date, ensure compliance with all SSA and agency financial policies, and
do data entry of daily checks, recurring checks, voids and deposits. This position is part-time with the possibility
of full-time in the near future.

Bachelor's degree preferred, but will consider experience working with people with disabilities and financial
planning.

Location: Ann Arbor
Compensation: $11.00 per hour

Substance Abuse/Mental Health Coordinator (Ann Arbor)

This position requires an individualized approach to treatment, incorporates principles of person centered
planning and the belief that each person has the potential for recovery and an improved quality of life. Typical
duties include directing and coordinating case assignments and service delivery in conjunction with other
senior staff, assuring that client records are adequate, accurate and up-to-date, monitoring program
interactions to ensure the maintenance of a therapeutic environment and providing psychotherapy and group
counseling to designated clients, designing and modifying treatment and rehabilitation programs, restoring
patients to productive roles by educating them about available community-based organizations, and social and
employment services, serving and protecting the treatment center community by adhering to professional
standards, agency policies and procedures, federal, state and local requirements and jcaho standards,
providing crisis intervention and follow up including documentation of the incident, accident and or
elopement reports and documenting and charting all aspects of resident's progress through the use of plans,
progress notes and other agency forms and tools.

This position is responsible for all front end administrative tasks for REACH owned properties including leasing,
rent collection, marketing,  turn over management, orientation of tenants and other duties as assigned by the
Housing Director.  Experience managing operations of affordable housing communities, creative program
development, and program management required; as well as related experience with the populations served by
Michigan Ability Partners.  Must have a proven commitment to high quality services to persons with disabilities
and good organizational skills.  Candidate must be able to lift approximately 20-25 pounds and be able to engage
in intermittent physical activity including bending and reaching.  Must possess a valid Michigan Drivers License.
 This position is part time at 15-20 hours per week.
